Welcome!

Are you wondering if professional counselling is right for you? Research has shown that talking about our feelings can be effective in treating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and other life challenges.

In my practice, I develop a strong therapeutic relationship with clients by building real and authentic connections, listening without judgment, accepting people as they are, and making space for new beginnings.

About me

With years of experience as a professional therapist, I am passionate about journeying alongside you, as you discover new paths moving forward. Using an integration of therapies and a compassionate therapeutic relationship, I believe we all have strengths and resiliency to be discovered. My desire is that we uncover your stories of bravery and courage to help you see light at the end of the tunnel.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist.  I have a Masters degree in clinical counselling and specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-informed approaches.

I have worked with people experiencing a wide range of challenges including grief and loss, survivors of sexual assault, anxiety, trauma, everyday stress, life transitions and concerns related to self-worth.  I also specialize in helping couples deepen their emotional connection and resolve conflict. Whatever the concern, I hope you feel validated, comfortable, and important. Your story has hope.
